goooooood morning!!!

this morning at approximately 6:15 am i was startled awake by the sound of dan coughing and running to the bathroom to vomit. when he returned i asked if he was ok and he said "yeah" so i though maybe he just needed to get whatever was in his stomach out. 15 minutes later i realized i was wrong as he returned to the bathroom. i decided, knowing dan, that i would get better sleep in the living room, but was also unfortunately mistaken since the bathroom is just about five steps around the corner from the couch i was sleeping on. needless to say, dan is home from school today and is still not able to keep much down. he just had some chicken broth soup and is now not feeling so great again. he's dozing on the couch, bowl in hand for "just in case." mmm... i guess thanksgiving dinner was a little too much for him. actually, i've heard there's been something going around at the schools. i hope i don't bring it with me out to CA. blast, that would not be fun. i don't think there's much i can do about it though.

after a lovely morning at home, i went over at 9:30 to watch maya for a few hours so jessie could meet with a client. i think she's an interior designer, although i'm not entirely sure. even though jessie thought i'd be there til 1 or 2, she was done by 11:15 or so and i left. i thought it worked out quite well since happy didn't have to work until 10 (CA time) and i got to call him. hehe. TWO MORE DAYS!!!! and about 8 hours... not that i'm counting.... too much.... however, i need to do some laundry and since i have the time now, i might as well fill it before going back to watch maya tonight at 5. adios!
