Esther 4:14

this weekend was the send off service for the hastings. yeah, it was a rather emotional weekend, but i'm so excited to see how the Lord will use them! i'll have to write more later because i'm ready to drop. but i just wanted to share one thing bob said sunday night as he shared with the church family. he read out of the book of esther and challenged us with the question that mordecai asks esther "Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" and it's true. we don't know why the Lord has us where He has us, but we do know that it is part of His perfect plan. so i think the best thing to do is pray for the Lord to use me for His honor and glory wherever He decides to put me. what a comfort to know that in my weaknesses, His power is made perfect (2 Cor. 12:9-10)! it is His strength that will guide me every step of the way.
