New Hampshire weekend

well i'm back from NH and Christmas with dad was a lot of fun. mike, raphaelle and i got up early to drive to NH so we could see dad play guitar at church (he is in the worship team) and then met up with lisa, tom, michelle and dan afterwards. we went to dad's house, through the snow, opened presents, and then made our way to chinese food. it was SO good! i definitely hadn't had good chinese food in a long long time, and while we were eating it was snowing like CRAZY outside. i left halfway through the meal to take pictures outside. hehe. it basically snowed all day, while we drove back to dad's, while i drove to the crabb's house, and then most of the night. by morning it had stopped, but not after dumping about 6 inches on everything! it's SO beautiful! i love snow!!!

as for hanging out with the crabb's, that was awesome. i got there and mr and mrs c were there, along with audrey and steve. they all opened their presents and we watched the patriots game for a while. around 7:30 audge said she was tired and almost in the same breath said we should go sledding. so... we did! it was a TON of fun. in the dark, sledding is just a lot more exciting i think. then again, i just really like sledding. when we went back inside (around 9 pm) we had hot chocolate and talked for a while before going to sleep. this morning becks called to see when we could get together. actually, she called us back because we had called sunday night and left a message on her machine. she had some things to do in the morning, but we met her and steve (her husband) at the crabb house around lunch. me and audge spent the morning running errands and then stopped by do-good's house to give him his Christmas present. it was nice to catch up a bit. then we made our way back to the bean (that's mrs c) and had lunch before becks and steve came. becky has a little belly! she's 4 months pregnant, so i guess that would do it right? i guess the way audge described her, i thought it would be smaller, but she had a little pooch. she looked SO good though and steve was really excited. we talked for a while until i had to leave and get dan to drive back to MA.

my weekend was just wonderful! i'm so blessed to have so many people who care about me and open their homes to me! i hope some day i'm able to do the same to them and others in return. but for now i'm going to do some reading and get to bed. back to work in the morning :-) yay for making money!
