TWO jobs!!!

the Lord is so amazing! yesterday i got a job at fashion bug which is right down the street. at first i was a little hesitant about working there, simply because it's a clothing store and i wasn't sure if i'd like that. however, when i went down there and met my boss and one of the girls i'd work with, i realized it'd be a good thing and would stretch me outside my comfort zone. in addition to that, i was hoping to get a waitressing job, but none of the places around here seem to be hiring. so, i applied at taft farms to be a cashier and they're really nice there too. i am so blessed! Lord-willing i'll be able to work 40-50 hours a week (maybe more) and i'm already excited about both jobs. what a faithful Lord! thank you all who have been praying for me. praise the Lord for such a quick answer! :-D

other than that, it has been great being home. it's usually a weird adjustment at first, but that blew over in a few days and it's been wonderful spending time with my family. although i still haven't seen tom yet. he's been in NH and FL and he should be back tomorrow. i'm really excited to see him! i heard he got his hair cut and took out his piercing, which was definitely a surprise to me! his hair was down to his shoulders i think. he's getting ready to go to school down in FL in july and i'm really glad he's found something he's looking forward to doing.

lisa gets back from school tonight and she's all done! she finished her last paper today and was planning on going to the mall with kate (her roommate) and then coming home. tomorrow morning i have to go in to fashion bug and fill out some paperwork and then figure out how i can balance the schedules of the two jobs. both my bosses seem ready to balance hours between each other, so that's really great. i'm just in awe of the Lord's perfect plan!

well, i'd better get going. dan's around here somewhere probably outside and it's such a beautiful day i'm going to take advantage. :-D God bless!!
