news news news...

last night heather got stuck under ruth's bed. there are drawers under the bed and ruth dropped a paper between the bed and the wall so heather took out the drawer and crawled under to get it. then she couldn't get out. haha. i took pictures that i'm forbidden to show people :-)

also last night laney (she lives on my wing) came in and told me that her wedding was moved up to THIS june instead of next june, so she's got a wedding to plan in three months. crazy!

i had a nice meeting with dr smith after marriage and family counseling class this morning. it lasted about an hour and a half and it was so wonderful! i love talking to dr smith! he and his wife leave for brazil (or brasil) on thursday and will be back the following thursday. keep him and his wife in your prayers!

today was my last self defense class and the instructor didn't even know! haha. he thought the last class was thursday, but then at the end of class i asked if it was the last one and he was like "is it?!?" and then checked and, sure enough, it was the last class. i'm gonna miss that class!

i start badminton on thursday in place of self defense class, although it's later in the day so i have to do this funny work thing after marriage and family class. i'll work for an hour, get lunch, go to class, then go back to work. strange. ah well, such is life.

before i left the library this evening to go to dinner i talked with catherine, one of my co-workers, about what the Lord has been teaching her. it was so amazing to sit and listen to how He's been working in the life of my sister! catherine is from virginia so we have an east coast thing :-D (YAY EAST COAST!). she's one of those people that you think you can judge easily and therefore not get to know her, but the Lord is so faithful in humbling me and allowing me the chance to learn more about her life. i'm so thankful for His grace!

tonight i have to go back to work around 8:30 and one of my friends might teach me to crochet. we'll see. i want to learn how to make beanies. yeah. i'm excited.

well, time for homework. by the way, FAFSA can be irritating. i'll be glad when it's done!
